As a kid I was asthmatic. As a teenager and a young adult I had been overweight and had high blood pressure. And every year, I had been suffering from a severe pollen allergy. All this changed radically when I started practicing yoga intensely.
What's more, I realized that beyond health and balance, it is Yoga that helps me to answers to who I am and what is the world around me.
I have been practicing yoga regularly for almost 20 years now, and teaching it for more than 15 years.
I am grateful I had extraordinary teachers. I learned yoga from the best of yoga masters of Hungary, in easten-Europe; perhaps most from Ferenc Szép and the legendary Dr. Géza Timcsák Yogi (a prominent yogi of European Yoga Union), and from the instructors of the Hungarian Academy of Yoga who have lived and taught yoga for 30-40 years.
I have become a yoga therapist because I felt responsibility to those who turn to me. And becouse I know from my experience that yoga can heal one very deeply.
And I learned the conflict-management, healing, and liberating art of non-violent communication (NVC) directly from Éva Jónai Hava, Grand Master of the NVC.
Thre was an important milestone in my journey that I was introduced to Kriya Yoga (Master Line of Yogananda).
Day by day, hatha and kriya yoga helps me tremendously in my journey of balance, faith, and perseverance, and to live a life of love and joy.
